Fluent by Emma provides strategic consulting, marketing audits, and AI-related marketing guidance. All deliverables are designed to support your business goals but are not guaranteed to produce specific results. Outcomes depend on your implementation, team, tools, and timing.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All strategy sessions and consulting services are billed as listed on the site or as agreed upon in writing.

  • Payment is due upfront unless otherwise arranged.

  • For one-time strategy packages, work begins after full payment is received.

  • Missed or canceled sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials, deliverables, templates, and strategies provided are the intellectual property of Fluent by Emma unless otherwise noted. You may use them internally within your business but may not share, resell, or distribute them without written permission.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information needed for your engagement. Your implementation of recommendations is your responsibility unless a separate implementation agreement is in place.

5. Confidentiality

Any proprietary information you share during our work together will be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Disclaimer of Guarantees

While Fluent by Emma provides high-level strategy and support, we cannot guarantee specific performance outcomes such as revenue growth, follower increases, or campaign ROI. Results will vary.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fluent by Emma is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or website.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
